新中国中等职业教育教材开发的政策与路径研究 被引量:2

Research on the Policy and Path of Teaching Materials Development in Secondary Vocational Education(SVE) in China

摘要 依据我国教育管理体制的变化,把我国中等职业教育教材开发与建设分成国家教育管理机构与各业务部门分工负责、"两级规划"与"两级审定"和加强宏观管理的三个阶段。以政策演变为依据,对三个阶段教材开发主要做法和特点进行了阐述,充分反映新中国中等职业教育教材建设工作的经历和所取得的主要成效。 According to the development of the educational administration system, SVE teaching materials development can be divided into three phases: the first stage of planning and validation by national educational administrative institutions and operational sectors, the second stage of planning and validation by two authoritative departments, and the third stage of intensifying macro-administration. Based on the policy change in education, the present study analyses the specific operations and features of teaching materials development in different stages, thus showing the experiences and progress made in this field since the People's Republic of China was founded.
