Automatic Interior Wall Roller Painting Machine Design

针对内墙涂料滚涂人工操作存在的工作效率低、滚涂质量不高、浪费涂料、污染工作环境等诸多问题,提出一种内墙涂料自动滚涂机概念,其关键技术在于设计能够实现滚筒自动上下往复运动以及水平移动功能的机械系统,源源不断地供给滚筒涂料的涂料泵送系统、控制滚筒上下往复运动的速度和换向以及完成一个上下滚涂工步后水平移动的速度和距离的控制系统,实现内墙涂料自动滚涂作业,较好地解决了内墙涂料人工滚涂存在的问题,填补了国内内墙涂料自动涂刷设备的空白。

Regarding to the existing issues of manual interior wall roller painting, such as low operation efficiency, low painting quality, paint wasting, polluted working environment, this article proposes concept of an automatic interior wall roller painting machine. The key technology of this machine is its mechanical system which realizes rollers reciprocating up and down automatically and moving horizontally, its paint pumping system which supplies paint constantly, and its control system which controls the speed and reversing of rollers＇ up and down reciprocation and the speed and distance the roller moves after a completed roller coating phase. The design makes interior wall roller painting automatically and resolves the issues of manual interior wall roller painting. It is the first designed automatic interior wall painting equipment in China.
