摘要
为了满足消防中火焰探测与定位的需求,设计了基于PLC控制的火焰探测微型小车虚拟样机。通过PLC控制程序设计和基于VRML的火焰探测小车虚拟模型建立,实现了火焰定位和小车行走转向的控制,通过PLC模拟运行程序直接控制微型小车虚拟样机运动的方法,对虚拟样机的机构设计合理性和控制逻辑进行了检验,完成了较合理的机电设计稿。解决了创新设计课题中实物样机设计周期长,成本高的问题,为中学生的机电创新设计提供了有效的解决方案和实用参考。
In need of the flame detection and location in firefighting, a virtual prototype of flame detection robot with PLC was designed. The PLC programming and vehicle modeling with VRML were to construct the prototype of the flame location and driving the robot. The method that PLC directly controlled the running of a mini robot prototype, the checking of structure and control logic for the virtual prototype and the completion of the reasonable designs in electric and mechanic reduced the time and cost of the design for a real robot prototype in school creation activities. It provides students with better solutions and examples in electromechanical design.
