摘要
为解决反应釜夹套多种介质切换操作复杂,易因操作失误引起不同冷热媒介质混和等问题,提出反应釜夹套多介质压空控制方案,生产过程中进行升温、降温操作时,程序自动识别夹套内当前介质,自动完成介质压空及切换等操作,提高夹套介质切换的可靠性。
In order to solve the reaction kettle jacket in various media switching complicated operation, easy for operation error caused by different cold and hot medium mixed problems, put forward the reaction kettle jacket multi medium pressure air control scheme, the production process heating, cooling operation, automatic identification procedures in the jacket of the current medium, medium pressure air and automatically switch operation, improve the reliability of Jacket Medium switching.
