摘要
根据某型强夯机的技术参数和使用要求,采用三维建模软件Pro/E和机械系统动力学自动分析软件ADAMS,建立某型强夯机的虚拟样机模型,完成了后倾动力学仿真,获取了弹簧式防后倾装置的弹簧变形量以及表征主臂后倾幅度大小的主臂质心Y向位移,验证了该型强夯机防后倾装置的有效性。
According to the technical parameters and requirements of a certain type of dynamic compactor, automatic analysis software ADAMS by using Pro/E mechanical system dynamics and 3D modeling software, the establishment of the virtual prototype model of a certain type of dynamic compaction machine, complete backward dynamics simulation, obtain the spring backstop deformation and the characterization of the main arm after the main arm centroid Y tilt range size to displacement, validate this type of dynamic compaction machine after dumping device.
