摘要
介绍碳纤维材料的基本特性,通过与传统检具材料的对比,分析碳纤维材料的加工性能、加工精度、强度等技术参数在检具制造中的可行性,以及相对钢、铝等材料所具有的优势。碳纤维新材料在检具上的应用能够大大降低检具的操作便利性及加工周期。结合上海通用汽车有限公司在碳纤维检具上的研究与应用,总结碳纤维检具的基本开发流程。
The basic characteristics of carbon fiber materials are introduced. Compared with other traditional materials used on checking fixture, we study the probability of carbon fiber used on checking fixture by analyzing the performance of cut, accuracy of machining and intensity. Also the superiority is presented. The application of carbon fiber on checking fixture will bring more convenient usage and less development lead time. Based on SGM's carbon fiber checking fixture experience, we introduce the procedure of carbon fiber checking fixture development.
