摘要
介绍了上汽通用五菱发动机工厂缸盖最终试漏机钢球压装工艺,结合实际生产情况,对钢球压装的出现的问题进行分析研究,提出了一些控制钢球压装质量的一些方法。
This paper introduces the SAIC-GM-WuIing engine factory cylinder head steel ball press process in final leak test machine, combined with the actual production situation, we analyze the steel ball press problems which are often occur in the actual production , and put forward some ways to control the quality of the steel ball press.
