装备质量是装备建设的基础工程。装备质量监管体系是破解装备质量建设深层次矛盾的根本保证。总结了新形势下装备质量监管体系建设的现状,提出了装备质量监管体系的总体框架结构,分析了质量监管体系的关键技术途径,为推动装备质量监管体系建设提供理论支撑。
