摘要 装载机后车架为大型焊接结构件,其工艺流程为拼搭、焊接、机加、涂装等组成。后车架的拼搭质量,如关键尺寸保证、拼搭间隙等直接影响后续工序是否可以正常进行。而后车架拼搭工装则是保证后车架拼搭质量的重要因素。因此对50CN及855后车架通用拼搭工装的设计及应用进行介绍。 The rear frame of wheel loader is a large welding stnw^ture part, and the process flow is made up of welding assembly, welding, machining, painting etc. The quality of the welding assembly of rear frame such as key sizes, welding clearance directly affects Ihe following operation to be conducted normally. And the assembling tooling of the rear frame is an important factor to ensure the assembling quality. The design and application of the general rear frame welding assembling tooling of 50CN and 855 is mainly introduced in this article.
