装载机后车架为大型焊接结构件,其工艺流程为拼搭、焊接、机加、涂装等组成。后车架的拼搭质量,如关键尺寸保证、拼搭间隙等直接影响后续工序是否可以正常进行。而后车架拼搭工装则是保证后车架拼搭质量的重要因素。因此对50CN及855后车架通用拼搭工装的设计及应用进行介绍。
