The British Industrial Revolution was a historical social change. As the special class who suffered during the change in short time, it is worth studying the occupational moral tendency of the lower class. This paper tries to define the lower class during the volution, and then summarizes the occupational moral tendency of the lower class （ self-discipline, self-help, self-insuh） in front of the social change.
