摘要
探索了双波长分光光度法测定含铁口服液中微量铁含量的方法.实验基于Fe2+和Fe3+与1,10-邻菲罗啉形成有色络合物,在波长420 nm和525 nm处均有不同程度的吸收,且其吸收的程度与Fe2+和Fe3+的含量呈一定的线性关系,据此,在优化实验条件下,运用朗伯-比尔定律计算含铁口服液中的Fe2+、Fe3+的含量.该方法重现性好、准确度高.
The paper discussed the method for the determination of trace iron content of iron in oral solution by dual wavelength spectrophotometry. Based on the experiment of Fe^2+, Fe^3+ and 1, 10-phenanthroline forming colorful complexes they have different absorption levels at the wavelengths of 420 nm and 525 nm, and the contents of their absorption and the extents of Fe^2+ and Fe^3+ showed a linear relationship.
