Sun Kaidi's Book- seeking Trip to Japan

孙楷第是中国小说目录学的创始人。1931年,他受北平图书馆委托,东渡日本访书,归国后编纂成《日本东京所见小说书目》,之后在此书目与《大连图书馆所见小说书目》和国内搜寻的小说材料的基础上写就《中国通俗小说书目》,创立了中国通俗小说目录史。此前的研究多侧重分析《孙目》1在小说学上的意义,对孙楷第的日本访书活动及《日本东京所见小说书目》多是稍带提及,未展开详细介绍。本文力求在前人研究的基础上,详尽梳理孙楷第日本访书的背景、经过、成果及方法论渊源,并在历史视域中再评析《日本东京所见小说书目》的地位及意义。

Sun Kaidi is the founder of Chinese popular fiction Bibliography.In 1931,entrusted by the Beiping Library,he crossed over to Japan to seek books,which were compiled into The Bibliography of Chinese Fic-tions Collected in Tokyo after his return.Later,combined with the former,The Bibliography of Chinese Fictions Col-lected in Dalian Library and novel materials at home,he wrote The Bibliography of Chinese Popular Fiction,founding the history of Chinese popular fiction Bibliography.Previous studies focused on analyzing the significance of The Bib-liography of Chinese Popular Fiction in fiction studies,and didn＆#39;t cast much attention to Sun Kaidi＆#39;s book -seeking activities and The Bibliography of Chinese Fictions Collected in Tokyo.This paper,on the basis of previous studies, aims to analyze the background,process,achievements and origin of methodology of Sun Kaidi seeking books in Ja-pan.It also reviews the status and significance of The Bibliography of Chinese Fictions Collected in Tokyo from the historical perspective.
