基于当下高校对外交流频繁、人才流动增多、参与政府工作增加、办公自动化程度高等情况,在分析了新形势下高校机要保密工作面临的新挑战基础上,提出要做好高校机要保密工作,必须完善机要保密体系,加强机要保密制度建设,组建一支高素质的机要人员队伍,创新工作方法,加强对涉密载体和涉密人员的管理,严防失密、泄密事件的发生。

Based on the frequency of university foreign exchanges,more flow of talents,the increase of participation in the government work,the higher degree of office automation,etc.,the paper puts forward some proposals to do college confidential work well under the new situation on the basis of the analysis of the new challenges facing college confidential work by improving the confidential work system,strengthening the confidentiality of confidential system construction,setting up a high-quality confidential personnel,innovating methods of work and strengthening the classified vector and secret related personnel management to prevent the leaking of secrecy and the occurrence of secrecy leaking incidents.
