中韩绿色建筑评价对比分析(2):GBCC 2011与ESGB 2014 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国社会经济的发展,《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2006逐渐暴露出了许多不足。于2014年4月,住房城乡建设部发布新公告,批准《绿色建筑评价标准》GB/T50378-2014为新的国家标准,该标准的发布是对绿色建筑评价标准的进一步完善。目前,韩国最新的《绿色建筑评价标准》于2011年颁布,该标准仍在施行。通过对2011年韩国颁布的《绿色建筑评价标准》和我国最新的《绿色建筑评价标准》的对比,从评价对象、指标体系、评分点及评分方式、指标权重四个方面分析探讨了我国绿色建筑评价标准的优点和不足之处,旨在为我国绿色建筑评价体系的进一步完善提供参考。 With the development of society and economy, "green building rating standards" GB/T50378-2006 gradually exposed many deficiencies. In April 2014, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Construction issued a new notice, approve "green building rating standards" GB/T50378-2014 for the new national standard, which is a further improve to the green building rating standards. Currently, in South Korea, the latest "green building rating standards" promulgated in 2011, which are still being implemented. Through the comparative study on the Green Building Evaluating standards issued by Korea in 2011 and Green Building Evaluating standards by China in 2014, in the four-point of evaluation object, index system, score points and scoring methods, and index weights, the article has analysis the advantages and disadvantages in China's green building rating standards, which aims to provide a reference for the further improvement of China's green building evaluation system.
