摘要
针对多联机室内机气管的配置问题,着重进行了实验测试分析。在选定机型的情况下,得到了不同管长、管径对压力损失和实际制冷量影响的实验数据,进而可得到室内机气管的配置对其分流不平衡率影响的数据。实测显示,配管较长的室内机选择较大的气管管径时,可使该室内机的制冷量和分流不平衡率得到较好的改善。
In this paper, we carried out certain experiments to study the influence of the indoor units' gas pipes settings in VRF system. With the certain outdoor unit and indoor units connected in laboratory, test data obtained reveals that the indoor units' the frictional resistance loss of gas pipe, the cooling capacity and the distributary disequilibrium rate are closely related to the length and inside diameter of indoor units' gas pipes. Test data shows, if the long pipe indoor units chooses larger inside diameter gas pipe, it will get higher cooling capacity and lower distributary disequilibrium rate.
