摘要
综合职业能力具有多因性、综合性、差异性、地域性等特点。珠三角高职院校开办管理类专业,首先,应从区域经济社会发展的现状与前景出发,了解专业人才需求;其次,根据岗位需求调研分析,确定岗位的综合职业能力;再次,充分分析毕业生和在校生需求与建议的基础上,改革专业课程体系;最后,在新的课程体系下,开发具体管理类专业课程。
Comprehensive professional competence is highly contextualized, and is characterized by factorial multiplex, integration, diversity, and regionalism, and the like. When higher vocational colleges in the Pearl River Delta explore their management studies, they are suggested to follow these steps: fi rstly, needs analyses are made oriented to both the employers and the employees and/or prospective employees, that it, the graduates and students so that requirements of the regional economic-social progress and specifi c profession could be better understood, and components comprising of the vocational competence could be deconstructed; then, the discipline's framework would come about as a result; and fi nally, curriculum could be thus developed.
