融合职教高教资源,构建医院药学一体化培训模式 被引量:11

摘要 目的:适应医院药学新形势下用人需求,探索适应医改趋势的军队医院药学整体教学模式。方法:依托医院办学优势,采用理论结合实践、分析对比提炼优化的研究方法,构建医院药学人才团队化培养平台。结果:梳理定位"三生、四员"七类教学对象需求,结合多年来积累的职教、高教资源,统筹设计共性、针对性教学课程,实施分层、系统、引导式教学方法,研发配套的信息化培训考核软件工具,构建高等教育与职业教育衔接顺畅、交互融汇的医院药学一体化教学培训模式。结论:该教学培训模式可促使新入职者尽快获得岗位胜任力,适应职场要求竞争压力;同时帮助有志的青年药师不断进步成长,形成稳定的塔形医院药学人才团队。 Objective: To explore the integrated model for the military hospital pharmacy teaching, and adapt to the medical reform and the demand of pharmacist under the new situation of hospital pharmacy. Methods: Relying on the advantages of running a school in the hospital, the platform for team training of hospital pharmacy is built by the method of combining theories with practice, comparative analysis and refined optimization. Results: General and targeted teaching courses are designed according to the demands of seven kinds of teaching objects. The training evaluation softwares are developed. The layered, systemic and heuristic teaching methods are carried out. As a result, the hospital pharmacy integrated training model is constructed, which integrate higher education with vocational education. Conclusion: This training model can help new entrants get position competency, make them adapt to the working requirement and competitive pressure as soon as possible. This model can also help ambitious young pharmacists make progresses and form hospital pharmacist team with stable and pyramid structure ultimately.
