摘要
PP具有优良的性能,但低刚性和较差的导热性能限制了其在某些领域的应用。本文采用PP与氧化铝粉体及玻璃微珠共混的方法,制备了兼具良好力学性能和导热性能的轻质PP/氧化铝/玻璃微珠复合材料。实验结果显示:复合材料的弯曲强度和拉伸强度较纯PP相比均有提高,冲击性能略微下降,导热性能得到了明显的改善。发现氧化铝的用量固定在20wt%时候,玻璃微珠的用量为10wt%时,复合材料的力学性能和导热性能达到最佳值。
PP shows excellent performance. But the low rigidity and poor thermal conduct limits its application. We blen- ded PP and alumina with glass particle to prepare PP/glass particle/alumina blends with both good mechanical properties and thermal properties. The results showed bending strength and tensile strength of blends were improved compared with pure PP and Slight decrease in impact properties. But thermal performance is significantly improved. Taking all factors into considera tion, the optimal mass ratio of PP/glass particle/alumina composites for reaching optimum properties should he 70/10/20.
