摘要
某汽车制造厂所用某一批次拉簧在装车后出现多起断裂。通过利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜及能谱仪、荧光磁粉探伤机对弹簧表面、断口进行了分析。发生断裂的弹簧断口均位于钩部弯曲处,断口起源区颜色与弹簧表面颜色相同.均为红褐色,能谱分析表明断口起源区及弹簧表面均存在四氧化三铁、三氧化二铁等氧化物.说明弹簧在进行表面化学处理Ct·O前就已经存在裂纹。
A batch of spring of the automobile manufacturing plant had broken after loading. By using metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscope, energy spectrometer, fluorescent magnetic particle testing machine, the surface of the spring, and the frac- ture were analyzed. The fracture of the broken springs were located in hook bend. The color of the fracture origin region and the spring surface were all red brown. Energy spectrum analysis also show that the fracture origin zone and the surface of the spring exist Fe3O4, Fe2O3 oxides, then the crack of the spring already exist before the surface chemical treatment of Ct · O.
