近些年来，随着科学技术水平的提高，锡冶炼工艺也越来越先进，澳斯麦特炉成为目前冶炼锡工业应用最广泛的技术。为了进一步提高澳斯麦特炉的效率，延长澳斯麦特炉炉衬的使用寿命，就需要改进原有工艺。因此本文通过对澳斯麦特炉进行研究，从澳斯麦特炉的工作环境出发，探讨延长澳斯麦特炉炉衬寿命的改进措施，以期给延长炉衬寿命提供一定的参考。

In recent years, with the level of science and technology improved, the tin smelting process is also more and more advanced, currently the most widely used tin smelting industry technology become the Ausmelt furnace. In order to fur- ther improve the efficiency of Ausmelt furnace and Ausmelt furnace lining prolong service life, needs to improve the original process. Therefore, based on the research of Osmat furnace, on the basis of the Osmat furnace working environment, to ex- plore the improvement measures of prolonging lining life of the Osmat furnace, in order to extend the life of furnace lining pro- vides certain reference.
