摘要
本文通过介绍将回转窑的原料矾渣和产物窑渣按比例搭配,降低入窑物料含铟量的方法,使回转窑窑渣中铟含量降低。在相同的能耗下,能够在原来的基础上多产出铟金属。对于整个铟系统来说,将会大幅度降低能源单耗以及提高铟的直收率。
This article is about the studies of generally reducing the indium content of kiln slag by mixing the raw material jarosite slag and the product of rotary kiln slag according to certain proportion. Thus lower down the indium content from in- puts of rotary kiln. Under the same energy consumption, it can achieve higher output of indium metal. For the entire system of indium, it will significantly reduce energy consumption and improve the direct yield and recovery rate of indium.
