Determination of Water Soluble Protein in Scorpion Different Commodities

目的：建立全蝎商品药材中水溶性蛋白质含量测定方法,为评价全蝎药材质量通过依据。方法：冰箱低温水浸渍、提取,考马斯亮蓝G-250溶液显色,可见分光光度法测定,10批不同全蝎药材商品中水溶性蛋白质的含量。结果：各样品中水溶性蛋白质的含量,以牛血清蛋白计,在60-464μg范围内线性关系良好,其回归方程为Y=0.001 6X＋0.0734,相关系数r=0.9997。结论：该方法适用于全蝎药材的水溶性蛋白质的含量测定,可作为控制全蝎药材质量的方法之一。

Objective：To establish a method for determining the water soluble protein in Scorpion different commodities and to evaluate the scorpion medicinal materials quality through the basis. Methods：The different water soluble protein contents of 10 batches of Scorpion were determined through macereta extraction in low temperature with Bradford G-250 dying method and visible spectrophotometry. Results：There was a good linearity relation between the absorbency and the mass of standard proteins in the range of 60-464 μg. The regression equation was Y=0.001 6X＋0.073 4（r=0.999 7）. Conclusion：The method is suitable for the determination of water soluble protein in Scorpion and can be used as one of Scorpion medicinal materials quality control method.
