对我国临床中药师培养方式的思考

临床药师的培养模式在外国已经基本确定,在我国临床药师的培训体制也已建立起来,但是临床中药师的培养模式尚未完全确立。院校教育往往理论与实践脱节,而临床中药师培训基地的建立,相应的会解决在职临床中药师的培养中存在的问题。

The basic training model of clinical pharmacists have been identified in a foreign country,in clinical pharmacists in China training system has also been established,but the training mode of clinical pharmacist shave not yet fully established. College education is often the disconnection between theory and practice,and the establishment of clinical pharmacist training base in the corresponding will solve the existing in-service clinicalpharmacists in question.
