Advantages of Chinese and Western Medicine in Treatment and Diagnosis of Ig A Nephropathy

Ig A肾病是最常见的原发性肾小球肾炎,目前西医研究主要涉及Ig A分子、免疫机制、遗传基因及因子表达等,但具体发病机制尚未阐明,近年来主要在糖基化缺失、基因分子等方面取得较大进展;中医研究集中在辨证分型、专方经验等方面,其中在中医证型与肾脏微观病理关系取得一定成果,但尚未完全统一。

Ig A nephropathy is the most common primary glomerulonephritis. Currently,Western medicine research involves molecular,immunological mechanisms,genetic and expression and other factors,but the exact pathogenesis has not been elucidated. In recent years,there is great progress mainly in glycosylation lack,molecular gene,etc. Chinese medicine research has focused on syndrome differentiation,post-party experience and so on,which made some achievements in syndromes and renal microscopic pathology relations,but not yet fully unified.
