针刺治疗痛风性关节炎疗效Meta分析

Curative Effect of Acupuncture for Gouty Arthritis:Meta-analysis

目的:系统评价针刺治疗痛风性关节炎的疗效。资料来源:Pubmed、Embase、中国知网数据库(CNKI),万方数据库、维普全文期刊数据库。方法:计算机检索2000年1月—2013年10月国内外利用针刺疗法治疗痛风性关节炎的文献,并筛选出符合纳入标准的随机对照试验。应用Jadad评分量表对纳入的试验进行质量评分,提取有效数据,采用Rev Man 5.2软件版进行统计分析。结果:共纳入11篇文献,共803例患痛风性关节炎患者。合并效应OR=5.05,95%的CI为[3.33,7.64],Z=7.65,P<0.000 01。结论:与口服西药对比,针刺对于治疗痛风性关节炎有较好疗效。

Objective：To systematically evaluate the effect of acupuncture treatment of Gouty arthritis, Articles were searched from Pubmed,Embase,CNKI,Wanfang database and VIP. Methods：We searched the documents from January 2000 to October 2013 at home and abroad of acupuncture in the treatment of gouty arthritis and sifting the conformed standard randomised controlled trial. We used the Jadad rating scale for quality score into the test,extracted the available data,and usde software version Rev Man 5.2 for statistical analysis. Results：11 studies with a total of 803 patients met inclusion criteria for good and the combined effect of OR=5.05,95% CI [3.33,7.64],Z=7.65,P0.00001. Conclusion：Compared with oral western medicine,acupuncture has better curative effect for treating gouty arthritis.
