改良经肛门吻合器直肠全层切除术(STARR术)联合耻骨直肠肌药物松解术治疗出口梗阻性便秘51例效果分析

Analysis of 51 Cases Improved Anal Stapled Transanal Rectal Resection(STARR)Combined Pubic Rectum Muscle of Drug Release in the Treatment of Outlet Obstructive Constipation Effect

为了分析改良STARR手术联合耻骨直肠肌药物松解术治疗出口梗阻性便秘的疗效,对2011年6月—2013年6月期间经确诊的51例患者进行改良经肛门吻合器直肠全层切除术(STARR术)联合耻骨直肠肌药物松解术的治疗,随访至少6个月,对治疗前后患者的排便情况、便秘积分结果、腔内超声结果、肛门直肠压力测定结果进行对比分析,结果取得满意的疗效,有效的改善了出口梗阻型便秘患者的排便困难情况。

In order to analysis improved STARR combined pubic rectum muscle of drug release surgery in the treatment of outlet obstructive constipation effect,in June 2011 to June 2013 by the diagnosis of 51 cases on patients with improved anal stapling full-thickness rectum resection（STARR）combined pubic rectum muscle of drug release,at least 6 months of follow-up,in patients before and after the treatment of bowel movement situation,constipation integral result,cavity ultrasound results,the anorectal pressure test results were analyzed,the results obtained satisfactory curativ effect,effectively improve the outlet obstruction in patients with constipation defecate difficulty situation.
