经痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症临床研究

Clinical Study of Using Jingtong Yushu Granule to Treat Endometriosis

目的:观察经痛愈舒颗粒治疗寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症的临床疗效并探讨其治疗机制。方法:将76例寒凝血瘀型子宫内膜异位症患者随机分为治疗组38例和对照组38例,治疗组给予经痛愈舒颗粒治疗3个月,对照组给予达那唑治疗6个月,观察记录两组患者治疗前后症状体征的变化情况及各自的有效率。结果:治疗组总有效率94.74%,对照组总有效率78.95%,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组VAS评分低于对照组(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义;治疗后治疗组多维量表评分低于对照组(P<0.001),差异具有统计学意义。结论:经痛愈舒颗粒治疗子宫内膜异位症疗效确切显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical therapeutic effects and discuss its mechanism. Method：76 patients who met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into treatment group and control groupaveragely. The treatment group was treated with Jingtong Yushu C.ranule while the control group was treatedwith Danazol. We observed and recorded the changes of symptoms and signs before and after treatment.Results ： The total effective rate of treatment group was 9,$.74% while that of control group was 78.95%and there were statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. After treatment, the score of VAS andmultidimensional scale of treatment group were both lower than those of the control group （ P〈0.01 ,P〈0.001 ）.Conclusion ： Jingtong Yushu Granule has a significant effect on treating endometriosis.
