慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期中医药治疗研究近况

Recent Progress of Study on Treatment of Stabilized Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Diseases Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine

慢性阻塞性肺疾病(Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease,COPD)是一种具有持续性气流受限特征、可防、可治的常见呼吸道疾病。近年来,中医药在COPD稳定期治疗方面积累了许多经验,取得了较为理想的疗效。该文就COPD稳定期的病因病机、临床治疗及疗效方面进行简要叙述。

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,with continuous airflow obstruction,is a common respiratory disease which can be preventable and treatable. In recent years,traditional Chinese medicine treatment of COPD in stable stage has accumulated many experiences and ideal results have been achieved. In this paper,the etiology and pathogenesis and clinical treatment and curative effect of COPD in stable stage were overviewed.
