弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿伴心房颤动的研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 目前,弥漫性毒性甲状腺肿(Graves病)伴心房颤动是导致Graves患者死亡的主要原因,但其发生的确切机制尚未明了。本文就Graves病伴心房颤动的流行病学、可能发病机制、治疗及预后进行综述,探讨有关防治Graves病伴心房颤动及其危害的重要临床问题。
