强脉冲光与氢醌乳膏联合治疗方案在灼伤后色素沉着中的应用

目的探讨临床中强脉冲光与氢醌乳膏联合治疗灼伤后色素沉着的临床疗效与安全性。方法选取我院2012年6月-2014年6月间的80例灼伤后色素沉着患者为研究对象,按照随机数字法分为联合组和对照组,每组40例。对照组给予常规氢醌乳膏治疗,联合组给予强脉冲光与氢醌乳膏联合治疗,观察两组治疗效果。结果联合组总有效率为92.5%,明显高于对照组的77.5%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;联合组不良反应发生率为5.0%,明显低于对照组的15.0%,两组的不良反应发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。色素沉着面积治疗后联合组与对照组较治疗前明显改善,且联合组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论临床中对于灼伤后色素沉着患者给予强脉冲光与氢醌乳膏联合治疗效果显著,能够提高临床疗效,降低不良反应,治疗安全性高,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of intense pulsed light combined with hydrophone cream in treatment of burns pigmentation. Methods Eighty cases of burns pigmentation patients in our hospital from June 2012 to June 2014 were selected for the study, which were in accordance with the joint randomly divided into two groups, each of 40 cases. The control group received conventional treatment hydrophone cream while the combined group received intense pulsed light combine with hydrophone cream therapies. Observed therapeutic effect between two groups. Results The total effective rate of combined group was 92.5%, which was significantly higher than 77.5% of the control group. The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）; The adverse reactions of combined group was 5.0%,which was significantly lower than 15.0% of the control group, the incidence of adverse reaction data between the two groups was statistically different（P〈0.05）. After treatment, there were significant improvements of two groups compared with before treatment, and the improvement in the combination group were better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For clinical pigmentation after burns treated with intense pulsed light combined with hydrophone cream therapy can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce adverse reactions, with safe treatment, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
