配料是烧结生产工艺的重要环节,配料配比合理准确决定烧结矿质量,因此配料系统对控制精度的要求很高。一直以来烧结自动配料控制采用现场PC机,由上位PC机设定各种相关参数,并与PLC实现系统的自动控制。随着仪表控制器实际上相当于单片机控制器技术的成熟,仪表控制也得到进一步应用,仪表控制器操作简单直观、配料准确、经济适用,值得推广。

Since the sintering automatic control by using PC machine, is consisted of PC set a variety of related parameters, and the automatic control system and PLC implementation. With the instrument controller is actually equivalent to the single chip microcomputer controller technologies mature, instrument control has been further application, and the instrument controller operating is simple and intuitive, batching accuracy, economy applicable, and worthy of promotion.
