本文针对现有制丝线皮带秤进行恒流量控制提出了一种新的方法,在传统工艺布局空间有限的情况下,利用"计量管+光幕控制+皮带机变频调速"及控制方式的改变,成功实现了在无喂料机等定量储料设备的情况下对流量的精确控制。

Articleabstract：This paper puts forward a new method on constantly controlling of prime-line weigher. It overcomes the disadvantage of limited space of traditional craft layout; makes use of the combination of measuring tube, light screen control and variable speed of belt scale, as well as the change of controlling manner, successfully actualizes the precise controlling towards flow without quantitatively loading device, such as feeding machine.
