摘要
"中高职三二分段"自主招生增加了高职院校生源的多样性,对高职院校的学生管理工作提出了新的要求。根据高职学段学生的特点,在班级管理中灌输和实施自主管理的理念与模式,能有效提高学生管理水平。
The self-determined admission for ＂three-two-year division between secondary and higher vocational schools＂ enhances the diversity of higher vocational college students but raises a new requirement for student management. Implementing the idea and mode of self-management in class management by analyzing the characteristics of higher vocational college students could effectively enhance the level of student management.
