摘要
针对轮式摊铺机整机驱动力不够以及前轮辅助驱动可能存在的负向寄生功率、打滑等问题,分析了基于前轮与后轮速度匹配来实现前轮辅助驱动存在的种种弊端,设计了一种电比例多路阀来驱动两个并联的马达,并采用液压分流阀强制分流的结构,通过测量前轮驱动的压力,进行压力匹配控制。装机验证结果表明,各工况下前轮均能提供较好的辅助驱动效果。
As for the issues that the whole driving force of the wheeled paver is insufficient, and the auxiliary front wheel drive maybe produce negative parasitic power and front wheel may slip, the disadvantages of auxiliary front wheel drive system were analyzed based on the speeds of front wheel and rear wheel, and an electronic-hydraulic proportional valve was designed to drive two motors in parallel, and the structure using a flow diverter valve was selected to force flow to be divided and to do pressure match control by measuring the pressure of front wheel drive. All test results have claimed that the front wheel could always offer good auxiliary drive performance.
