摘要
为了明确沥青混合料生产分包模式下施工承包商的项目管理重点,对沥青混合料生产分包模式进行了简介,并提出改进建议。对拌和厂地的选择、分包合同、前后场沟通、材料总量控制、小量生产单价、拌和多项目供料、计量方式、工地试验室、窝工责任等管理重点进行了详细论述,并提出建议,以供施工承包商参考。
In order to stress the key points of project management for contractors under the subcontracting model of asphalt mixture production, the subcontracting model was briefly viewed, and suggestions were made on improvement. The key points of management were expounded in aspects of the choosing of mixing site, subcontracting contract, communication between fields, control of material amount, unit price of small production, supplying for multiple projects, measurement, field laboratory, responsibility of slowdown, and suggestions were proposed for contractors.
