对高速公路桥梁工程造价控制的思考

Thoughts About Control of Building Cost of Highway Bridge

通过对桥梁工程容易亏损的原因进行分析,从合同条款约定、概预算编制办法及定额消耗、项目实施期间管理等多个方面给出加强桥梁工程造价控制、防止亏损的办法和措施;提出建设单位应本着客观的态度面对桥梁工程造价控制中存在的问题,让桥梁工程造价趋于客观、真实。

Measures were proposed to enhance the control of building cost and avoid loss in terms of the analysis on the reasons why bridge projects end up in deficit, and were explained in aspects of terms of contract agreement, project budget establishment, rated consumption and project management in process. It was suggested that the construction side should face the problems objectively so as to make the building cost more reasonable.
