摘要
针对典型工况下隧道清洗车机械臂结构件的受力问题,通过ABAQUS有限元软件对机械臂结构件进行模拟分析,得出其作业时的最大应力分布与变形情况,并在此基础上对机械臂结构件进行了改进。结果证明:改进后的清洗车机械臂能够满足实际使用需求,具有良好的适应性和可靠性。
The forces of the tunnel cleaning vehicle's mechanical arms in typical working condition were calculated. The stress distribution and deformation of the mechanical arms were analyzed with ABAQUS, the finite element softvcare, and the maximum values met the theoretical requirements. This provides the scientific verification to improve the structure. The results prove that the optimized mechanical arms can meet the demands in complex working conditions and have good adaptability and reliability.
