摘要
基于现有沥青搅拌站的控制系统设计了沥青发泡功能模块的通讯模式,通过对沥青搅拌站现场通讯协议的研究,分析了Profibus通讯协议中Profibus-DP协议的优良特性,提出了沥青发泡控制系统模块化选择Profibus现场总线协议的合理性,实现了沥青发泡模块和搅拌站的电控衔接,有利于实现沥青发泡技术的广泛应用。
Communication mode of asphalt foaming functional module was designed based on existing control system of asphalt mixing plant. The advantages of Profibus-DP of Profibus protocol were analyzed according to the study of on-site communication protocols, and the reasonability of between asphalt foaming technol using Profibus protocol in asphalt foaming module was presented. The connection foaming module and the mixing plant is helpful to the popularization of asphalt ogy.
