摘要
针对目前国内的大型桩工机械主要靠引进国外技术的问题,以螺旋桩机的立柱为例,根据其参数设计了数学模型,并在起架、钻孔、拔钻三种工况下进行了强度与稳定度的计算,通过solidworks simulation进行了有限元分析验证。产品的实际检测结果与设计基本相符,对于大型桩机立柱自主化生产具有重要意义。
Given that domestic piling machinery mainly relies on imported technology, the column of screw pile machine was taken as an example to study the design of numerical model based on parameters, and the calculation of strength and stability was conducted in circumstances of lifting, drilling and pulling out, and finite element analysis was carried out with Solidworks simulation.
