摘要
通过对螺旋秤与减量秤计量系统结构组成与计量原理的分析及对两种系统应用过程的试验研究,得到影响其计量精度与稳定性的主要因素,据此提出一套水泥计量系统优化方案,并进行了实体工程验证。结果表明,该优化方案能够很好的满足公路工程对稳定土厂拌设备水泥计量精度及稳定性的要求。
By analyzing the structural composition and measure principles of metrological systems of spiral scale and weight-drop scale, and doing an experimental research on the application process of these two systems, the major factors that influence their measuring accuracy and stability were concluded. An optimized scheme of cement weighing system was proposed and verified in practical projects. The results show that the optimized scheme could largely meet the requirements of highway engineering for cement weighing accuracy and stability of stabilized soil mixing plant.
