摘要 设计了基于液压控制的搬运机械手,其控制结构采用ATmega16 8位单片机,利用Proteus与Atmel Studio6.0软件进行控制并仿真,可以实现设备的良好运行控制,为全自动数控六角车床提供物料抓举和搬运的工作,大量减轻了人工的劳动强度。该机械手还可以推广到热处理车间进行淬火、调质、渗碳等热加工工艺和铸造、机加、装配等工业生产中。 A carrying manipulator based on hydraulic control was designed. The control structure was used of ATmegal6 8-bit mi- erocontroller (MCU) , and used Proteus and Atmel Studio6. 0 software for control and simulation. Good control of equipment operation was realized, which provided fully automatic snatching and material handling work for CNC turret lathe, and reduced a large amount of manual labor intensity. This manipulator can also be extended to the heat treatment workshop for quenching and tempering, carburizing and other hot working process and casting, machining, assembly, and other industrial production.
