摘要
变量齿轮式机油泵是依靠变量装置来改变齿轮的啮合长度,实现流量的改变,进而降低发动机的燃油消耗。在变量泵的设计过程中,要综合考虑其流量变化规律、排量大小、运行过程的压力波动、齿轮的扭矩等性能,通过CFD分析软件Pumplinx可以形象的得到流量、压力波动、空化等物理量随时间的变化云图。选取泵的最大排量和最小排量处进行CFD分析,得出变排量齿轮泵的流量特性、扭矩特性及空化特性,并把分析结果和实验数据作比较,分析结果均符合SOR所要求的范围,从而更好地研究变量齿轮泵的性能。
Variable oil pump changes the flow by changing the mating length of gear of its variable device, and then the fuel con- sumption of the engine was reduced. During the design process of the gear pump, the rules of changes of flow, the displacement, pres- sure oscillation during operation and drive torque of the gear were considered comprehensively. Nephogram of changes along with time of physical flow, pressure oscillation and cavitation was visually shown by the CFD analysis software Pumplinx. Both of the maximum and minimum displacement of the pump was selected for the CFD analysis, and the flow characteristics of flow, torque and cavitation of the pump were gotten. By comparing the analysis results and the experimental data, the analysis results match well the range required by SOR, thus the performance of the variable gear pump is studied even better.
