摘要 研究了常压和真空状态下静电喷涂的影响因素。利用对比实验法,在真空和常压静电场的环境下,根据油漆粒子的运动方式,对产品分别在真空与常压条件下进行油漆的喷涂实验。结果表明:在真空环境下,产品的用漆量、光洁度、均匀度以及快速固化效率优于常压;得出影响喷涂质量的重要因素有真空度、静电电压、雾化气压、扇形气压和油漆固化剂等。 The influencing factors on electrostatic spraying under normal pressure and vacuum states were studied. Comparative experimental method was used in vacuum and normal pressure electrostatic environment to do spraying experiment according to the paint particle movement pattern. Result shows that in vacuum environment, the oil usage, the degree of finish and homogeneity, the speed of solidify are all better than that of in normal pressure. Finally, it is determined vacuum degree, electrostatic voltage, atomizing pres- sure, sector pressure and paint curing agent are some factors influencing painting quality.
