摘要 在220 t电动轮矿用自卸车转向系统机液联合建模的基础上进行动力学仿真。首先建立比"两轮二自由度"更符合实际矿用车情况的四轮二自由度转向系统动力学模型;分析220 t电动轮矿用自卸车稳态转向,在ADAMS中进行稳态转向仿真,并在ADAMS和AMESim机液联合模型的基础上对转向油缸和转向横拉杆进行了多工况受力分析。结果验证了220 t电动轮矿用自卸车全液压转向系统的正确性以及所研发样车具有不足转向特性,操纵稳定性较好。 The dynamics simulation was made based on the co-simulation modeling of the mechanical system and the hydraulic system model of the 220 ton electric wheel mine truck. At first, a four-wheel and double-freedom (2-D) mathematical model was estab- lished which was more reasonable than a "two-wheel and 2-D". The stable steering property of the 220 ton electric wheel mine truck was analyzed, and a stable steering simulation in ADAMS was carried out. At last, the stress analysis of steering cylinder and steering tie rod on multiple conditions by the co-simulation model was made. The results verify that the correctness of hydraulic steering system of the mine truck, and the sample car has an understeering property, with good handling stability.
