资本禀赋对农村劳动力外出就业影响机制研究

A Study of the Impact Mechanism of Capital Endowment on the Employment of Rural Migrant Labors

农村外出劳动力已占到农民工总量六成以上,剖析农村劳动力外出就业影响因素对破解就业难和用工荒等就业问题具有重要意义。本文从人力资本、社会资本、金融资本和自然资本对农村劳动力外出就业的影响出发,进一步探讨了各种资本整合的资本禀赋与农村劳动力外出就业相互影响作用。在此基础上,就如何提升农村劳动力资本禀赋、促进农村劳动力外出充分就业提出相应对策建议。

Rural migrant labors have accounted for over 60% of the total farm workers.It is of great signifi-cance to find out a way for the difficulty in employment and the shortage of labor for employment by analyzing the factors affecting the rural migrant workers to work away from home.This paper analyzes the impact of human cap-ital,social capital,financial capital and natural capital on the employment of rural migrant workers and probes into the mutual influence between capital endowment by capital integration and the employment of rural migrant workers.Based on this,suggestions have been put forward on how to improve capital endowment of rural labor and how to promote the employment of rural migrant workers.
