摘要
针对燃汽轮机尾筒支架的加工与测量难点问题,重点介绍了尾筒支架的加工方法,并对工艺方法进行了分析。通过引入了多种工装夹具,加工中利用各加工基准面的转换,有力保证了尾筒支架的各主要尺寸的精度。
Focused on the problems of processing and measurement of the tail tube bracket in gas turbine, the processing method of the tail tube bracket is introduced, and the technique is mainly analyzed in the article. By introducing a variety of fixtures into the process and the use of processing datum transformation, the accuracy of various size of tail tube brackets are guaranteed.
