摘要
对206型客车转向架制动梁,运用有限元软件对其进行静强度分析。并利用Goodman疲劳极限图对制动梁进行疲劳强度评估。分析结果知206型制动梁的静强度与疲劳强度均满足相关使用要求。对制动梁的结构改进起到了一定的参考作用。
Based on the finite element method, the static intensity of the straight plate brake beam of 206-type passenger car is analyzed. And Making use of the Goodman fatigue limit diagram method, the fatigue strength of brake beam is assessed. From the results we know that the static strength and the fatigue strength of brake beam for 206-type could meet the relevant requirements. This paper will play a certain reference function for brake beam structural improvement.
