摘要
研究了基于nRF401无线通信模块的预应力张拉控制系统。所设计的系统由ARM控制器和nRF401无线模块组成张拉控制系统的主控机,次控机由AVR单片机控制板和nRF401无线模块,电源模块等构成。系统利用主控机对两端次控机无线通信控制、以及两端次控机相互通信的方式实现了整个张拉过程的同步控制。
The prestress tension control system is studied based on the nRF401 wireless communication module in this paper. The master machine of the tension control system consists of the ARM master controller and nRF401 wireless modules, and the sub-control machine consists of the AVR microcontroller and nRF401 wireless modules, power modules and other accessories. In this system, the synchronization control of the whole tensioning process is achieved through the host computer on the way at both ends of the wireless communication sub-control machine, while both ends of the sub-control unit communicating with each other.
