摘要
天然气压缩机主要动力机构可以简化为曲柄滑块机构,而十字头是连接连杆和活塞杆的构件,即是传递动力的中间构件,它的安全稳定运行对整个压缩机的正常工作占有重要地位。大多数人对十字头研究工作做得比较少,笔者主要研究曲柄销在不同位置时,连杆对十字头作用力,为十字头的后续研究打下理论基础。
The main power mechanism of natural gas compressor can be simplified as a slider crank mechanism, and the cross- head which is a component to connect the connecting rod and the piston rod, is the middle component to transfer power. Safe and stable operation of the crosshead occupies an important position in whole working process, but many people take less time to make research on it. This paper mainly studies the acting force that the connecting rod worked on the crosshead when the crank pin is in different position, thus to lay the theoretical foundation for the further research of the crosshead.
