摘要
通过对热煨弯管坡口机内涨式夹紧机构进行分析,将其简化为双滑块机构,通过机构运动学方程建立了仿真模型,利用Matlab/Simulink软件对机构进行了运动学仿真分析,得到了机构的各种运动参数仿真结果,验证了仿真的正确性和有效性。
Through analysis on the internal expanding clamping mechanism of hot bending pipe beveling machine which is sim- plified as a double-slider mechanism, simulation model is established by kinematics equation of mechanism, and kinematic simulation is conducted by using the MATLAB/Simulink software, finally, the simulation results with various motion parame- ters are obtained, thus the correctness and effectiveness of the simulation are verified.
